Thought I would be creative tonight and opt against a flank steak and spruce it up with a tri tip. Supposed to be very yummy! Long story short and 50 min later- I realized the propane ran out! Frig-
Sided with sweet pot fries and yellow squash!
Tri tip steak marinated with franks red hot, 21 seasoning and onion powder!
sweet potato fries in coconut oil, cinnamon, cayanne and honey
the finished product!
