Amazing treats

Again, It's been a while! I have been so busy with life and school (two separate things). Haven't managed to blog about much of anything between writing papers and trying to spend time with my family.
However, I have managed to throw in some tastey treats! Here is the recipe for biscuits!



 I then used cookie cutters to make some hearts and stars. Plan for this evening after dinner is to put some coconut cream in the center with strawberries!!

Repetitions

Repetitions - life and sometimes food.

I like eating the same things often! I know how I'll feel afterward and it becomes second nature to reproduce them! However new treats are exciting! My reallife husband ( not to be confused with my fictitious one:/ lol) made a great primal pumpkin bread! The recipe by nature was bland. Otherwise it was moist and tasty- that being said I need new favors!! Primal bread round two will have lots of pumpkin spice and chucks of sweet potato and or pumpkin! He did an awesome job- sucks the recipe sucked!

  • Toni Silvestrini i do not believe in diets michael but thank you for your imput lol. my sister and brother-in-law have been on this lifestyle for over a year... they seem to be happy did you know that it takes 15 days to get 1 serving of sugar out ofyour body..quite scary

    Pumpkin pie!

    I made a great delicious dessert this weekend! I typically make about 7-10 pies a year for the holidays! This one was the primal pumpkin pie!

    Oh wait, thats the other pumpkin Neumann!!

    Here is the real pie! (PS the ice cream was for my house guests!!)

    The recipe is simple. But I did adjust it like I do with all my recipes to make it my own!

    substituted cornstarch for arrowroot and use organic pumpkin puree (Trader Joes). I also eliminated all SALT! Added a hint of nutmeg as well!
